Moongarden
- The first real Moongarden's album, originally conceived as a Demo-tape but later on printed on CD under Mellow Records label. The Music is heavily inspired by Genesis,Camel and E.L & P, but Moongarden's personal traits already come out of most of the songs.
The second official Moongarden's release . Much more complex and enriched by a wider array of influences than "Moonsadness", it offers 70 minutes of Neo and Classic Rock progressive and begins to take a distance from the original band's models. "Brainstorm of Emptyness" is really close to a pop approach in compositions, and it is considered to be one of the best Italian progressive
album's of the 90's - This double album comes from a very painful experience, the music continuing its voyage in search for a new identity and new musical solutions. The band remains "Progressive" at its very roots, but the music is very difficult to catalogue instead. You can find here some David Sylvian influences as well as Genesis or Jansen, Karn & Barbieri reminiscences, all melted in 8 very long compositions. This double album signs the passage from the old new-prog influences to a much more
contemporary sort of dark-progressive-pop
Moongarden revisited a song from "We Can't Dance", Living Forever, taking this modern song back to 70's, relying on a heavy use of mellotron and moog.Moongarden presented in this tribute their personal version of "There Will Be Time", a highyi inspired ballad by Osanna. Cristiano played here his Chapman Grand Stick for their very first time in a Moongarden's official release
